About the Artist
An artist, pigment wizard, cat lover, drinker of the great elixir called coffee, 80's child, interstellar bohemian, doll collector, magical girl and an admirer of women.
Cat Craig enjoys spending her spare time drawing and painting mystical beings from the cosmos and grrrls who look like they are from the streets of Tokyo. Inspired by manga, haute couture, art nouveau, dolls and obscure music as well as her experiences growing up overseas on USAF bases in Germany and Okinawa.
Her other creative outlets include baking, customizing dolls, photography, sewing and treasure hunting at Savers.
She has been a native to the Greater Boston region since 1999 and received her BFA in Art and Design from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2008.
